    Azzeddine Azzam is professor of agricultural economics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA since April 1987. From January 2010 to December 2011, he served as senior economic advisor at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as the chair of the economics department at the University of Dubai.

    Raja Chakir is a researcher in Economics at the Economics Department, National Institute for Research in Agronomy (INRA). France. She holds a PhD from Ph.D. in Economics, Toulouse School of Economics. Her research interests include agricultural economics, environmental valuation, energy demand analysis, spatial econometrics, panel data econometrics, discrete choice models

  • Mohammed Rachid Doukkali

    Prof. Mohammed Rachid Doukkali is a professor of applied economics at the Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine Institute Hassan II of Rabat, and a Senior non-resident Fellow at the OCP Policy Center. He is coordinator or member of several national and international networks and teams related to agricultural policies, natural resources management, and rural development.

  • Christophe Gouel

    Christophe Gouel is an economist INRA laboratory. He worked at the World Bank (2011-2012) and the CEPII (2006-2008) on the coordination of agricultural trade policies to limit the volatility of food prices.Christophe Gouel has a PhD in economics from the Ecole Polytechnique. His research interests are mainly on trade policies, agricultural policies and development of the MIRAGE model.

  • Rashid Hassan

    Pr. Rashid Hassan is currently Professor and Director of the Centre for Environmental Economics and Policy in Africa at the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences, University of Pretoria. He holds a PhD in Economics from Iowa State University, USA. He has served as a member of many advisory boards and committees.

  • Will Martin

    Will Martin is a Senior Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute. He is also President of the International Association of Agricultural Economists. He trained in economics and agricultural economics at the University of Queensland, the Australian National University and Iowa State University and worked at the Australian Bureau of Agricultural Economics; the Australian National University and the Development Research Group of the World Bank before joining International Food FPRI in 2015.

  • Rabi Mohtar

    Dr. Rabi Mohtar is a TEES Endowed Professor at Texas AM University, College Station, Texas. His primary research priority is the development of a framework to quantify the interlinkages of the Water-Energy-Food Nexus that is constrained by climate change and social, political, and technological pressures. He received
    numerous international research awards and honors including the Kishida International award for contributions to agricultural research.

  • Isabelle Tsakok

    Isabelle Tsakok is an adjunct professor at SIPA, She holds a PhD in Economics. She has worked on development issues as World Bank staff for some 25 years, and subsequently as consultant. She has specialized in policy analysis; program and project formulation and evaluation, research and training in agriculture, agro-business, rural development and poverty reduction.
