Khalid Zerouali

From 2013 to 2015, Khalid Zerouali managed the Direction of General Affairs, whith the mission to coordinate among law enforcement agencies.
From 2008 to 2015, Khalid Zerouali had also managed the Center of Monitoring and Coordination (Centre de Veille et de Coordination) at the Ministry of Interior, which is responsible of crisis and emergency situation management. 
Zerouali had a previous experience in aeronautical industries, as an aerospace engineer, and as an expert in the supervision of civil aviation security.

Tayeb Ghazi

Before he joined OCP Policy Center, his research focused on Business cycles analysis, and labor market economics. He also made part of the elaboration of number of notes on education and quantitative methods applied to the social sciences. Currently, his research focuses on the labor market and development in developing economies.

Asmaa Guedira

She currently leads an edutainment program in MENA for the Womanity Foundation, is a connector for OuiShare and founded the Hyper-Gender project. Asmaa spent the last 3 years working with entrepreneurs, artists and social change networks around the world, especially in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region; writing, speaking, organizing and facilitating conferences, retreats and workshops. Since her "job-out" her focus has been on creating synergies in the areas of gender, digital collaborative innovation and social entrepreneurship between Europe and MENA.

Richard Werly

Accredited at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva, he follows humanitarian issues closely and is a member of the steering committee of the Geneva International Film Festival on Human Rights. This committed man also heads the monthly magazine of the Lebret-Irfed Center on Development: Development and Civilizations.

Malancha Chakrabarty

She was the co-ordinator of all side events organised by TERI in the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development - Rio+20 Conference. She was also a part of the group in TERI which gave inputs to the Ministry of Environment and Forests for the Rio+20 summit.She also served as a Consultant in the Transport Division of the Planning Commission from 2009 to 2010.

Mohamed Rachid Doukkali

He is the actual president of the Moroccan Association of Agricultural Economics (AMAEco) and associate member of the General Council of Agricultural Development of Morocco. Prof. Doukkali performed several consultancies with the Ministry of Agriculture of Morocco, and national and international organizations (World Bank, FAO, UNDP) in Morocco and several Mediterranean and African countries (Syria, Mali, Burkina-Faso, Cameroon).

Malao Ndiaye

Mr Ndiaye used to work as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Executive Secretariat of the National Food Security Council, and also as Regional Supervisor of Kedougou for the implementation of Food Insecurity Profile, using the HEA method.

Driss Ksikes

Professor of methodology, he leads several writing workshops and contributes to several literary journals and international critics. At the initiative of projects putting art, culture and debate in the heart of the city, he is co-founder of the Averroès Meetings in Rabat (2008 - ...), Dabateatr citizen (2009-2012), the Collective of Living together (2012 - ...), public Divan (2014 - ...), and co-scientific scientist of the General States of Culture in Morocco (2012 - ...).

Rachid El Houdaigui

He is also professor at Royal College of Advanced Military Studies (Kenitra) and professor invited at Cergy-Pontoise University (Paris),Cadix University (Spain) and at La Sagesse University (Beirut, Lebanon). Mr. EL Houdaïgui is the author of numerous books and articles dealing with International relations and geopolitics: the Mediterranean, North Africa and the Arab world. Also, he is co-director of the Moroccan-Spanish review “Peace and International Security” and in charge of the Observatory of Mediterranean Studies (Abdelmalek Essaadi University).

Adama Gaye

Gaye is a former Director at both Ecobank and Ecowas. He graduated from various universities including Dakar, Sorbonne, Oxford, Les, Ceibs, in addition to being visiting scholar at Beijing and Johns Hopkings University. He has been awarded a certificate of leadership by Harvard University. He is bilingual. He regularly analyses African issues on Aljazeera, BBC, CNN and others....
